About Us

Established in 1986 by founding members Winston Dennis and Lloyd Mercuur.

The company started out as a sub-contractor working for some of the more established pool companies. In a venture to move forward we started working independently by sending out sales representatives, whilst simultaneously sub-contracting.

Being a BEE company in the 1980’s came with huge obstacles, like applying to the  various banking institutions and gaining the trust of the market place.

With the passing of Winston Dennis in 1990, Lloyd Mercuur bought full ownership of the company. Through years of experience and training we started contracting for well known engineers like John Hanger which afforded us the opportunity to render our services on contracts such as Health & Racket pools (now known as Virgin Active) in Tygervalley, Green Point and Cape Town ( Long Street), The Bay Hotel in Camp Bay, City Lodge in the Waterfront, Public Pools in Worcester, Municipal Pool in Worcester and the Worcester Teaching College Pool.

We moved independently to successfully secure government projects such as the renovation of the pool in Pine Forest  Ceres, Die Eiland Ceres, Huis Rosendal Reformatory School and other public officials residential pools.

Hotel Projects include Protea Hotel in Saldanah Bay, The Granger Complex, City Lodge in the Waterfront  and the Wynberg Military Hospital.
